Sometimes I use just a shine oil and spray and other days I cocktail 4 Alterna products then use the spray and both ways it works great. I get a few hours of hold from it and I feel that it is effective.

This product is a little expensive, but it is worth it. I have long, straight, thick hair. This hairspray holds fantastically. I only need to use a small amount every day, so the can lasts for quite awhile. It leaves no build-up and smells great. I love it!
