After cheating on my hairdresser, I was punished with the double whammy of bad hair karma: a bad cut AND severe damage. My regular stylist took me back and recommended this to help my fragile, fried hair rest while it recovered. Using this, I only need to wash every 4th day or so, which means less blow drying, and less breakage in the shower. I put the powder in my hands, rub together a bit, then apply to the roots and comb through with a super wide comb. It refreshes and smells nice - no one would know I didn't wash with water. Also adds body to my fine, color treated hair. After a few months, my broken and fall-out patches are filled in, and my hair is shiny and strong. I'm an Alterna believer, and this product is the cornerstone of my healthy hair routine.

I returned it after using it twice. It spilled out every time, no matter how slightly the bottle it tilted. Also, it didn't work for me. The powder seemed to stay right making it difficult to spread into the hair.
Bought the Nexxus Dry Shampoo. Haven't used it yet but I read some great reviews online and it's less expensive.

I have no clue what the age defying part of this is, but this is great dry shampoo. The bottle makes it super easy to apply without getting way too much (which is my biggest complaint about most dry shampoo). A bit of this makes my hair easy to style on days i don't shampoo. A minute with this kicks the grease out of my bangs and allows me to have even better hair than it was on day one.

I bought this product to replace a dry shampoo that was discontinued. I bought because it is difficult to find a dry shampoo that does not contain aluminum starch. This product's scent bothered me and the powder made my head itch ever so slightly. After applying the product and styling, it did not work as well as I expected. It did not give my hair body, nor did it absorb excess oil - my hair is fine and I wash every other day. I returned the product after two applications with no results and an itchy head.

I wasn't thrilled with this product. I returned it and exchanged for something else. The powder did not want to rub in on my scalp and it looked like I had dandruff

Not real sure about this stuff it was recommended by the sales lady for in between shampoos but it is difficult to get out its all or nothing, I have little bumps on my scalp were I have been using it and I don't really see that it soaks up oil :( Gonna stick to my Suave dry shampoo believe it or not it's the best out of all of the $$ stuff!

With this I can get one hair style to completly last through two days of wear in hot humid weather, which is amazing in the Northwest.

I love this product. I've been using it for over a year and I use it almost every day. I apply it before I go to bed and just sprinkle it into my hair, then shake it around so that it gets distributed. It freshens hair for the morning and gets rid of any grease or oil. Extends the life of a blow dry.
