I purchased this eyeliner as an add on item because it's so inexpensive. I got one pencil in black. I'm a black eyeliner junkie so I'm pretty familiar with eyeliner pencils. It applies smoothly without any tug and pull but the color just isn't as rich and dark as I'd prefer. It's more of a waxy black color if you know what I mean. You have to go over it a few times to make it darker but even then something about it is kind of fakey looking. It also smudges and doesn't stay very well. If you have watery eyes I'd avoid using this altogether. Overall, it's useful as an emergency backup or for experimenting with but I wouldn't buy it again.

I bought this eye pencil in white so I could make my eyes look larger. I applied it to my waterline and it was very natural looking. It definetly made my eyes POP! As an added bonus, you cannot beat the price.
