I apply this over my cream liner pencil and it doesn't smudge until about 8-10 hours. I do like the applicator, not too wide not too thin.

It doesn't stay on by itself very well and you have to apply a few times to darken it. So far it's okay over my regular cream eyeliner (MK brand but I wonder how long it will last as it doesn't seem very full/fluid so I keep it upside down in a basket to ensure the eyeliner stays at the bottom of applicator.

Purchased product to try, since I've tried several liner pen brands in the past and haven't had good luck with any. This one so far has the best formula, however product dries up quickly inside pen, I always store pen liners cap down so that product will always be closer to felt tip and not dry up. Well, dried up by 2nd day. Will not re-purchase.

This eyeliner pen is one of the better ones I've experimented with, and I have tried many eyeliner pens of all different brands. It is so easy to use, especially if you are like me and have shaky hands, and has great precision. I was also surprised at how natural it felt. Usually eyeliner pens or liquids burn my skin a little bit and make my eyes water, but I didn't experience any of that with this eyeliner pen. The only con I would say is that the color isn't a very dark black, so you do have to go over the line a few times for that darker color. Other than that, it was a great purchase!

This is my favorite eye liner hands down! I buy 2 or 3 at a time just to be sure I never run out. This is my recommendation to anyone that asks.. The brush is so easy to control which is most important. You don't want one that is too soft and flimsy or so hard it is painful LOL.. Lots of control and options with this.

The eyeliner pen worked the first time I used it, but dried out by the second day. There is no way of sharpening the eyeliner. While applying the eyeliner pen it reminded me of liquid eyeliner or a fine line Sharpie pen. I was hoping the eyeliner pen would last more than one application.

At first you would think that this is going to be a complete fail of a product because of the price, but I absolutely love this product. The price is awesome and it does everything a liquid liner should do, therefore why pay a fortune when you have this gem?!

I have issues with black eyeliner smudging and not getting it on my right eye properly (I'm left handed). This makes it very easy. It's almost like using a marker. It stays on for a while as well. My only complaint is that it goes on lighter than the jet black I wanted.

The salesperson recommended this to me - it's super cheap and I was just looking for black liquid eyeliner that I could do a winged line with. This eyeliner is amazing! The ink glides on like a felt tip pen, not too much ink and very precise. I can go over it several times to make the line more bold or leave it a softer black with just one application. Love that I can build the color. Also removes super easily but doesn't smudge. I can clean up the wing with a q-tip and water right after application and no smearing. Will definitely buy again!
