    Comments about Essence Coverstick:

I just received this, and so far i'm quite disappointed. When I first started to apply it i thought i was going to be wonderful. I have acne prone skin and I've never really bothered with using a concealer before but this one definitely hasn't impressed me so far. IT went on smoothly and covered my spots but when i applied my foundation on top, it came right off! My foundation alone covered much better Ugh!

I wanted this concealer badly but when I opened it my container broke. The product is great and blends well. Just watch out with the container...

Great covergae, no doubt, but the only thing that annoys me is that it runs out very fast. I've only had it for a couple of days and it is half was out.

      Comments about Essence Coverstick:

I needed something that was cheap and easy to swipe on and run out the door. I usually use the $1 cover sticks from ELF (which I still prefer since they're a wider stick and only a buck).

I don't need much by way of coverage (it's only for under eye and a small spider vein on my jawline) so this inexpensive stick was a decent buy. I have oily skin and the beginnings of crows feet, but the concealer doesn't slide or settle in my teeny wrinkle (which usually very noticeably happens with cream concealers).

I love this concealer! It works really well at covering blemishes or discoloration. I heard about it on YouTube, so I tried it out and never looked back. I also love using it under the eyes for covering up dark circles.

          Comments about Essence Coverstick:

I warm it up on the back of my hand first and it works a lot better that way. the color I actually matches my skin tone pretty well. I use it mostly on discoloration and past acne scars I don't think it would work that well on under the eyes. you cannot be the pricing on this item!

          Comments about Essence Coverstick:

I experimented with this. Used it under my eyes: Not creamy enough. I don't want to have to rub and tug the thin skin under my eye. Used it to cover blemishes: Did an okay job. Used it to cover redness around my nose and mouth: Settled into creases, looked cakey and dry. Used it to cover broken capillaries: Did a good job at covering discoloration. I think the best use I've gotten out of this was when I used it to highlight my face--down the bridge of my nose, center of my forehead, cheek bones, chin. BUT this is a VERY dry product. I have very oily skin and this still looked dry and cakey, I can't imagine what it would look like on already dry skin. Color I used is Matt Sand 01.
