I use this over my liquid foundation. It is not as light as I had hoped finding other brands more suited to what I want. Ulta did not carry those products and being a fan of other products of Urban Decay, I thought I would give it a try.

I really love this product and was excited that urban decay was offering a free gift with a $30.00 purchase and even though all the signs stated that it was through March 31 and I came in on March 19...I was told they were out of it even though all the signs were still up...:(

Hard to apply with sponge applicator on jar. Powder poofs come out of sponge while applying.

I use this product after applying TooFaced Primed and Poreless face primer. It works better than the Too Faced powder. Once applied, the makeup underneath does not smudge and literally 'stays put'. Other brands I've tried move/smudge/fades/cakes/etc....this product leaves a radiant natural glow without looking like you have any makeup on even under the brightest lighting/sunlight. Other brands have left my skin looking like a 'monster' in certain light conditions, this one does not. so, it's perfect for those who want their makeup to stay and/or you want a 'no make-up makeup look'. Its perfectly invisible and buildable coverage. All skintypes can benefit from this even if you don't wear foundation.

I felt like this product did nothing. I appears too light as far as shade. It was almost impossible to shake out. I ended up taking it apart to use and then returned. I have used bare mineral veil for years and still love it. Will not change again.

After I use the the naked skin liquid makeup I apply this powder. I love the product it feel good on my face and hold my foundation in place. I do use the primer prior to applying the foundation and after I use this product I use the settig spray. I take the top off and dip my brush in slightly and apply. I would have given this highest rating if it wasn't for the applicator. Hope they resign the applicator.

I took the advice of one of the Ulta advisors and used a fluffy brush instead of the sponge applicator and it works quite well. I use the sponge for blending my concealer (waste not, right?). My combo skin stays pretty controlled throughout the day and it sets my BB cream well.
