Soak feet first to cleanse and help soften hard skin. While skin is still soft and damp, use stone wet or dry on especially rough or callused areas. The tapered shape works great on any area of bottoms of feet ¿ from heels to toes. To maintain healthy, youthfull skin, use dry stone with a light, circular motion to exfoliate dulled, dry areas regularly. Smooth on a hydrating foot cream to help keep renewed skin in soft, supple shape.
After use, wash stone with soap & water. Rinse well. Air dry. Protective cover is ventilated to let moisture dry when product is stored.

Just like getting a pedicure, except doing it yourself! This is an amazing tool. I get very dry, cracked heels, and this has kept them so smooth, that I have not had a pedicure in two months! It is a little hard to maneuver at first, but easy to get used to. It has paid for itself in less than 3 uses!

This is great for smoothing. I have REALLY rough callouses on parts of my feet. I liked this better than a normal pumice stone so i actually threw away my pumice stone. I've only used it four times so far but it seems like it will hold up well over time.
