It took me a few times using this brush to get used to the two different brushes but once I got the hang of it it works great. I normally use a round brush but the oval shape works well.

It is what it is, nothing special but it gets the job done. I like that it has 2 "options" however sometimes it makes drying with it difficult.

i have naturally curly and this really helped smooth it out. it's a little pricey, but worth the money. i combined my Ulta coupon with a sale.

The plastic part of the brush was too hard, not flexible at all. When I used the brush, the soft boar's hair side was fine, but then the plastic side tangled my hair. I had to stop and unwind my hair from the plastic bristles, the entire time I used it. I should have purchased an all boar's hair brush from the beginning.

This is a fantastic brush. I have been using it for about a week and I already see a difference in my hair. I would recommend this brush to anyone that has think hair that has had damage from coloring, bad diet, or just plan getting older.

I thought I was killing two birds with one stone. I needed a new flat brush and round brush and this kind of has both in one with an oval shape. Boar head on side plastic on the other. The plastic side is sooo stiff, it pulls your hair out!!! OUCH. I can style some with the boars head side and hope it doesn't get tangled in the plastic side. OUCH!

I use this daily and can't live without it. My granddaughter loves the boar bristles...I gave her mine and am ordering another one to have as a backup as I had originally ordered two.

I usually let my hair air dry before straightening (this can take up to two days) partially because I use high temps to flat iron my curly hair and air drying is more gentle, but mostly because I always sucked at blow drying my hair. I'm not sure I'm using the brush the right way, but I find that one side grips and separates and then the other side smooths it. I find it easy to turn the brush without breaking my hair or getting it stuck to my head. I love that I can now wash and straighten my hair in the same day without my hair looking and feeling over-worked. It's also great for touching up loose waves and straight hair if you are like me and can't wash your hair everyday. This is the first time I've really loved a brush. I purchased a few for friends and family hoping it would make a difference in their beauty routines as well. So far my mother loves hers.
