No review of the item but I would like to review the store I purchased the item.
I work retail and understand that during the Christmas shopping season it can be very hard at times to keep a smile on your face and remain excited about the job. However, that's what you have to do.
During the rush of the shopping season the Ulta store I was at only had one lady checking out the customers, she did not smile once, did not call for back up as the line continued to grow. Multiple times another employee did walk behind the counter but then walked away ( I later learned she was the store manager).
After a ten minute wait to purchase a hairbrush, gift cards and other items the manager finally came to the "rescue". Very disappointing first shopping trip to the new Ulta in our area.
