This mascara is not clumpy or gooey. It coats lashes and lengthens. The brush distributes the mascara to every lash. I will point out that it takes several coats to get the amount of fullness I like but it is worth it to me as most mascaras that I have tried that promote volume are too messy.
When my lashes dry I use a spoolie brush to comb through them and one or two flakes come off on my face but I brush those off and never see any flaking throughout the day. Removes easily too.

I had high hopes for this mascara based on the positive reviews, but I was disappointed. I have naturally straight lashes which I curl with a shu uemura curler. Most mascaras hold the curl, but this one caused my lashes to straighten out again immediately. I returned it.

I like this mascara because it has a great applicator that separates each lash and distributes the product evenly. Has a great black color. Not too dark and not too light.
Makes your lashes fan out.

Great mascara. Stays on well but does not hold up to "hot yoga". I do however like it for everyday wear. Makes my eyelashes look longer and stay soft. Easy to apply, nice brush.

Love everything about this mascara. It does dry quickly on your lashes so apply all at one time. Hard to go back and go over lashes again once it dries.

I have the typical Asian lashes. They are super fine, straight and hard to curl. Finally! A mascara that makes my lashes stand out and no smudge :) The brush is a little tricky at first, but you will soon the the hang of it. I was advised to use the flater side first, then use the brush side to help separate & direct the lashes. No clumps and feels light. No smudge is always a plus. I am so happy to have found this baby!

I'm 60 something and this product beats anything and everything I have ever tried....and I have spent big bucks trying new ascaras. Take my advice and treat yourself to Peter TThomas Roth's mascara. You will love it!

I use this product daily. I love the brush. It perfectly separates my lashes and doesn't clump.

I have used clinique in the past and it made my eyes water. This makes my eyes feel sore. I have used Loreal Voluminous for the past 30 years with good results but still trying to find the perfect mascara. The reviews were good for this product but not for me. Urban Decay big fatty is good but not easy to remove. I'll keep looking. :(

I wear contacts and use this daily. It doesn't make my contacts smudge or hurt like other products have. I tried it in a demo at the store and have used it every since.
