I have very good skin, but I am proactive in keeping it that way. My esthetician recommended this product about a year ago and I've been using it since then. I did try a different Murad serum in the summer because this one is a little heavier. It works in that it's soothing and helps breakouts disappear quickly. My skin is more supple, but I can't tell if it is because of the serum or something else in my skin regiment. I use it once a day--at night under my moisturizer.

Worked surprisingly well on my "all of the sudden it hits me at 30 yrs old" ace.. Took a couple weeks for skin to clear up, but have been using this regimen for almost a month now and have had no new pimples- THANK GOODNESS!! i was plagued by sudden, hormonal , cystic acne (never had more than the occasional pimple until i was 30 yrs. old!), and tried EVERYTHING- from Proactiv to Dr. Perricone MD to Oxy , Avon & drugstore brands of anti-acne. But this Dr. Murad stuff is the BEST and the ONLY product which made a difference in my skin. It's soft, smooth, fine lines diminished , skin surface feel smoother, and NO NEW ZITS! Finally! Only problem is that the price is high and the bottle is supposed to last 90 days? Dont think so! Ive had it a month and am 3/4 of the way thru the bottle. But i will def.repurchase. Thank u, Murad!

So I caved and bought my second bottle. My skin definitely looks better but still not what I want it to look like. This stuff is not cheap and if it is not making my skin look perfect, I am going to try something else to help me get my ideal skin complexion. I love how soothing this product is- and it is perfect for my combination skin. My dry areas feel great and my oily areas do not get worse after applying the lotion. My little acne areas are improving- but slowly. The last bottle lasted about 2 months and we'll see what happens after this one! So many great things about this product- just wish it worked faster on my problem areas.

I've been using this product for almost two weeks and my skin does not look much different. I notice my pores are a bit tighter but this did nothing for my small acne troubled areas. I'm going to use it until the bottle is finished and hope to see some better results soon!

Thought I would give this a try since I am still fighting hormonal acne and wrinkles at the same time. Although I have only been using it for about a week, I am going to stick with it since my skin looks smoother and not breaking out. Pricey but a great product to work on two middle age issues: adult acne and wrinkles. I find that it has helped with fine lines, not deeper lines. As far as the acne, it has been great to manage breakouts. I also use a cleanser that exfoliates but I suspect they make one that would work well with this topical solution.

I have had troublesome skin and have not been able to find any product that can help - atleast not long term. This product really does what it says and helps get rid of my acne and keep it away which is the only product I have ever tried that actually does what it says. The only negative thing is that it is really expensive but, I think the bottle will last a long time if used sparingly. The only other thing that I have noticed is that it does dry out my skin a bit and I get dry patches and flakes but, I have really dry skiing anyway. . . I am sure a person with oily skin would have no problem with it.
