This is a good eye makeup remover. It works fast and you don't have to rub your eyes raw to get your makeup off, even mascara and heavy eye liner. Just be sure to run a kleenex under/around your eye so that the left over remover doesn't sit on your face and get you all greasy.

I do not wear thick makeup. This stuff takes about 4 swipes with a cotton ball to get most (not all) of my makeup off. Of course this leaves my lids red, sore and irritated. Then it also leaves a greasy feel around my eyes even after washing it off. P.S. I use Neutrogena makeup so you'd think it would work good.
