I bought this pencil in gray and it goes on very smooth and bold looking when first applied. It did fade during the day. I am not sure if it is the gray shade or if the black pencil would hold it's color better. None the less I still like this pencil and will continue to use it and repurchase.

I had to come to website to find out if this was a one-time use pencil....meaning until the tip disappeared. From website I did learn it is supposed to roll up more pencil color, BUT I have tried and tried and it does NOT work. I can't even find the sharpener mentioned. I want a refund or a pencil that works!! (rather have one that works because I really like what I used!)

This is my favorite liner it is the only one I can find that will last all day in my waterline. It blends really well also if you are doing a smokey eye and it's simple to remove.

I found that this eyeliner smudged too easily. I will probably use it for creating a dramatic eye when going out, but will not use it on an everyday basis.

I liked the way it went on, but had no luck figuring out how to sharpen it. I tried turning bottom and uaing a sharpener, but had no luck either way. I am displeased with this product an will not buy Loreal products again.

Just too dark an "intense" but that's how it's advertised- so I really can't complain, but it's like a marker. Best for those who want a bold liner.

I oly got to use this eyeliner pencil ONE time. The eyeliner tip broke off and although I twisted the bottom portion hundreds of times, no additional pencil appeared (I could see it, but it never moved). Unfortunately, I bought two of these pencils. I would return the unopened one, but I no longer have the receipt. This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with any Loreal product.

No instructions on how to sharpen. Had to figure out myself that the bottom turns, but my pencil will not extend with any amount of turning. Complete waste of money!!! I really liked it the first few times I used it, but what good does it do if you can't sharpen it? Will never buy again!
