The All Soft products smell great and make my hair very smooth and soft, however they also feel somewhat heavy, like there is a coating of product. I personally don't like that feeling, although some people are used to that.

i use this daily and love it. I have curly hair, tangles alot but this product leaves it soft and helps with tangles. I no longer have to use seprate detangling product.
After using another smoothing and softening shampoo and conditioner made by TIGI i was looking to see what else is out there...this product didn't make my hair as soft, and the conditioner that goes with it is thinner and runnier than other conditioners i have tried.

I only shampoo the top of my hair and massage in scalp. I rinse my hair with cold water before and after use of shampoo. It makes my hair really soft, unlike any product I've used before. I have really damaged hair and this brought the wavy hair I once had, back along with shine and softness. I'd recommend it to anyone!
