I love the retractable cord and fold up handle. The only negative is the on/off switch ... it is very hard to use.

This dryer was hard to get along with from day one. The switches are so hard to operate that it takes two hands to turn it on. As another reviewer stated, the air temperature fluctuates; it would blow cold air for the first 5-10 seconds before getting warm, even on the high heat setting. After less than a year of owning it, it will now only blow cold air.
