I like this hair dryer! I've had it for about a year or so now and it's still working fine. My only complaint is that it's SUPER LOUD. It hurts my ears! ..other than that it works great

I love that it has the cool setting without holding a button down the whole time and the retractable cord and fold down handle make it perfect for travel!

Not powerful enough. The temperature continuously fluctuates from warm to cool even when the setting is on "hot".
