I'm in my 50's and have had several basal cell cancers removed - one on my forehead. The first thing I do EVERY day after washing my face is apply this lotion. It absorbs into my skin quickly, and doesn't feel like a sunscreen - a huge plus. I apply light makeup over it after about 10 minutes. I've tried other lotions with varying SPF factors, and they all smell/feel like sunscreen - yuck! I know it works well - I've been outside at sporting events where my husband will get a burn on his face and I get nothing. The only downfall to this product is that it's a little expensive, but the container lasts a long time and since it works so well, I'm happy to pay the price for such a great product. I hope Olay NEVER discontinues this product!

I used Olay Complete Defense spf 30 with no problems for several years and can't find it now. No longer making it? The newer versions don't seem compatible with my skin.

i liked how it had a high spf in it, but when i apply it, it has a little bit of rough texture to it. also, it is a little too greasy for my combination skin. and i don't think it's moisturizing enough, so i have to use extra moisturizer on the top. my face gets pretty shiny afterwards, especially because i don't use powder on the top. it would be better for dry skin.

This made me break out all over my face and neck. I normally have clear skin and i didn't change anything else in my routine, so I'm sure it's this.
Even if it didn't cause a breakout, this still wouldn't be good enough to use! It's really shiny on (I have combo skin), doesn't soak in, and balls up and rubs off if you try to apply anything else of top, like blush or foundation.
