I usually buy tarte primer, but the last few times I have wanted to buy, Ulta was out. Like it much better than this one. It clumps way too much and is just does not apply as nicely.

I bought this hoping it would give me the appearance of longer, thicker lashes. It most certainly did. I apply before i put on mascara and you can see the white fibers making your lashes longer and then when you apply mascaras your lashes almost look fake. I've tried with several different mascaras and each one has the same effect using this.
