Removes ALL makeup. Non-irritating to the eyes. No smell. Not oily or greasy. It's a very soothing gel. I use about 3-4 pumps directly to my face, eyes and neck. This will not burn your eyes. Very gentle. Wipe off with wet face cloth then use my cleanser and continue my regime. I have used this product at least 3years. I really don't know anything negative about this product.

I only tried this product twice, and both times it really burned my eyes and caused them to become bloodshot. It also wasn't great at removing mascara.

As my own product is not available anymore I was recommended to use this productat at the store. Fact is that the product really hurts when it's rubbed in the eyes. A discomfortable feelings lasts until the next morning. I would not recommend this product to people with sensitive eyes.

This product wasn't greasy and it seemed to be effective in taking makeup off but I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and when I used this it literally made my eyes BURN. I wouldn't recommend this unless you don't have a problem with that type of thing happening.

it works when removing black mascara there is still a little that it does not take off.

It is more gel-like and easy to use, cleans well and not harsh on eye tissue, but it is painful when contacting eye. Really disappointed and disturbed by this.
