CARGO Essential Palette:
An essential collection of four graduating shades of neutral eye shadow designed for creating a neutral, beautifully sculpted eye make-up. Each of the four shades is embossed with its function/use (BROWBONE, LID, CREASE, OUTER CORNER) to make the application process a breeze. The four neutral shades are gradations of each other, ranging from light to dark. The Palettes have a combination of matte and satin finishes.

This is my second palette from Cargo. I have the cool palatte for summer, and I just purchased this one for winter because my skin is yellow/orange in undertones....not olive. I like the browns, they blend well together and compliment any clothing color or eye color. Very natural looking.

Love this palette! Gorgeous color combination in cool neutral that can be used to create a natural look for day or built up to a smoky look for night. I would never have chosen the charcoal, but it sets off the nudes and taupes and really gives my eyes sparkle. The texture is silky and feels light as air. And the color lasts all day without creasing. Love, love, love it - so much so, I plan on buying the warm neutral as well.
