This topcoat was easy to apply, very shiny and made a significant difference in chipping. I put a coat on the first day I did my nails and again on the third. After a week of work (typing, etc) only a thin line of wear was evident on my naturally polished nails. Considering I was wearing a very dark color, I was very impressed with the long wearing power of this top coat.
