really helps polish last and stay put. Less chipping. Used for under nail strips as well, and they stick much better and last a long time looking great! Easy to apply, just brush on, and good to go.

I'm a nurse who loves to have well-manicured hands, but since I wash my hand 500 times a day, my manicure usually starts chipping after a day or two. HOWEVER...now that I've found this particular basecoat, my manicure is lasting an entire week. It's AWESOME!!

I only essie colors with an orly top coat. I have noticed that since I don't use a base coat, when using pinks/reds my nails get stained. I love essie nail polish SO much, I decided to buy essie base coat. I painted my nails like I normally do, but used the essie base coat first. Within hours of my polish being completely dry, the polish peeled and chipped off of every nail due to the base coat. When using essie my nails NEVER EVER chip, so I knew it was because of the basecoat. If I could find the receipt I would return this.

I like it overall, although my manicure still chipped after 2 days even with this product as well as a top coat, so I can't tell how much it really helps. It's definitely good for use if you've had acrylics and have less than smooth nails after.

I use this product as a base coat. It does a good job of evening out nails before putting on polish. It provides a good base. I have not painted my nails many times before, but I am glad I purchased this product to help me out!
