Directions
Apply a thin layer of essie base coat or solution followed by 2 coats of essie polish, then good to go! top coat for a super shiny, chip resistant manicure that will be dry in a flash.

                  I really love this nail polish, however I did buy a bottle that had a bad applicator brush because the bristles fell off when I painted my nails. I don't believe this is true for all of Essie polishes - I probably bought the one bad one out of the bunch.
