    Comments about BECCA Afterglow Palette:

This is a beautiful palette, especially for light to medium skin tones. Though the rose gold and topaz shades are too dark on my skin for highlighting purposes, I use the shades as blush toppers. Topaz adds a great glow to matte bronzers!

Wild honey and flower child are fantastic blushes and perfect tones to travel with. Overall, the palette is great quality. The only downside is the size of the pans, which is rather small compared to other blush palettes.

        not impressed

        By tee

        from fl

        Comments about BECCA Afterglow Palette:

These were so tiny for almost $40. They're more like the size of eye shadows. Texture not as great as other brands in same price range. Returned.

        versatile, would recommend

        Comments about BECCA Afterglow Palette:

Great for highlight, blush, bronzer, even eyeshadow. Love having this in my makeup bag because it is so versatile. Only downside is the small pan size is a little harder to work with than a full size but for the variety and price I can't argue too much.

        Nice palette

        By Abigail

        from Virginia

        Comments about BECCA Afterglow Palette:

I really like this palette for its versatility. I tend to not like bronzier shades on my light skin (bronzers have never looked quite right), so I didn't think I'd use all of the colors but I find myself regularly using the darker colors as eye shadows and they look lovely. The two pinker shades pair well together as blushes and the highlight is great on the cheeks and eyes for some shine. That being said there is a lot of fall out as all of the shades are very powdery and the color doesn't last on my skin as long as I expected (usually I get about 3-4 hours until I notice a significant fading of the colors - if I use as shadows they last a bit longer as I use a primer). As a whole I think it's a nice buy but I would not pay full price for it. I got it half off and thought it was more worth what I paid for it than the actual steeper price tag.

              Comments about BECCA Afterglow Palette:

I bought this to try out some of the BECCA highlighters and blush. I already have the BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector in Opal. It's nice but not my favorite. The highlighters in this palette seem easier to apply and not as "pore emphasizing." The rose gold highlighter looks great on medium tone skin as does the flower child blush. Love this palette. It's a good way to sample some of the other colors without paying for the full size products individually.

Can these be used in place of an all over foundation? Or are they just highlights after application of your regular foundation. How light is the Opal. I understand this color is not in the pallette but I saw it separately and would like to know just how light it is
                Thanks

                  A:

Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed provides a very sheer luminosity. It can be applied all over the face for an all-over highlight. It does not provide the same level of coverage that a foundation would. You can learn more by visiting the individual product page here:
