Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Color Correcting Powder:

I use this everyday under my eyes over my concealer, it does not look yellow on me. I already have a yellow undertone w/fair to light complexion. I love this product! It will settle into creases under the eye so I apply less product on the area under my eyes that have deep lines.

I have tried so many setting powders drug store and high end. Nothing compares to the NYX lavender powder, it makes my fair skin look flawless and airbrushed!

Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Color Correcting Powder:

This product did not work for my dry skin at all. I tried to use it a number of ways and it never worked for me. It emphasizes my dry patches and pores, it blended pore-ly,(lol,see what I did there?),it was way too light for my medium-tan skin, and I couldn't bake with it. Overall I can't say I liked it, might work for dry skin. I much rather prefer my ulta braND pressed powder.

    to heavy

    By brosinthishouse

Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Color Correcting Powder:

Yikes- this powder made me look ashy. I'm a brown girl and thought this would be good for "baking" my concealer, but i just looked crazy. Also as the day went on my my face started looking very greasy and creased a lot. I recommend sticking to the nyx mineralize setting powder if you are brown with cool undertones.

Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Color Correcting Powder:

I love this powder. I really didn't think that I would after reading the reviews and even after seeing it in person. I'm too pale for the ben nye banana powder and when I saw this powder I thought i would have the same problem... nope not at all. It works beautifully under my eyes. It seems to be not as finely milled as other powders, but honestly when "baking" thats not really much of a concern. This powder is my new holy grail for under my eyes and cleaning up under my contour.

Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Color Correcting Powder:

I purchased the lavandar shade and i was quite impressed. I thought it brightened under my eyes well and I was able to 'bake' with it. I do have fair skin. The only thing I did not like was that on my nose it clung on to my dry patches a bit but throughout the day that was not a problem. Overall I think its good.

I heard awesome reviews about this powder as a dupe for Ben Nye's Banana Powder. I have oily skin and when it first went on it looked great but as the day wore on it caked all over my face. I'm going to try the NYX pressed HD powder in banana instead. If you have normal to dry skin this product will probably work better for you.

Comments about Nyx Cosmetics Color Correcting Powder:

I was looking for a cheaper color correcter to substitute my expensive smash box product. Saw this and purchased on an impulse. It's not gritty but does not apply entirely smoothly either. Also it clings to dry skin in an unsightly manner. Easy to apply but not what I was hoping for.
