Bought this on a whim. I have somewhat sensitive skin and redness so this sounded like it would perfect. Went on fine but after a few minutes my face started to heat up. I decided it was time to take the mask off. I felt like I had to scrub a little harder than I usually would to get the mask off which did NOT help with the burning sensation that was going on. Every single place the mask touched was bright red and dry. I have never had a bad reaction to a skin product until now and I've tried a lot of products.

I love this masque. I have combination skin with redness but a very oily t-zone. I usually have trouble finding any sensitive products that do not leave me a greasy mess, but this masque is great. I use it about once a week.

I don't recommend trying to reduce sunburn redness with it. That stings. Also other reviewers have mentioned it being too harsh for sensitive skin. Ulta sells it in single serve packages too.

I bought this product the other day. I have always loved cucumber products but have never tried any from this brand before. I've never had any skin reactions before besides to band aids so I thought I would be fine. WRONG. I tried this on my birthday, and after 5 minutes of opening presents, my face was burning. When i washed it off, where the face mask was bright red. It looked like I had a red face mask on. Seriously the only product I've ever been allergic to. BEWAREEE!!!

I bought the product because I went through a couple months with bad acne and my skin tone was very uneven as a result. I noticed after my first use that my skin did seemed soothed and more even. Everyone is complaining it does not moisturize! Was it supposed to? Masks aren't normally for that. I put oil free face lotion on afterwards and it's fine! I've been using it daily for almost a week now and am very happy with it.

My combination skin is wacky, where some parts are really oily and others are really dry. I decided to treat the dry skin separately, and this mask came in handy. I might try some other face products from them. Naturally derived is probably better for my sensitive skin!

Also, don't be disappointed by the small jar that comes out of the packaging. I think this will last me a year or more. A thin layer (as suggested) is all you'll need.

I think some people reviewing this are unclear on what a mask is actually supposed to do. There are people complaining that they don't feel like it moisturized their skin...it doesn't, but I don't think I've ever used a kaolin-based mask that didn't leave my face feeling a little tight and dry. You put some moisturizer on after you rinse it off and it's fine.

That said, I do like this mask. It's not a miracle product. You're not going to wipe it off and go "wow." It is, however, extremely soothing on your skin, so you might put it on and go "wow." It feels great, very cooling, which is exactly what you need sometimes if you have sensitive skin. I also found that my skin wasn't as red as usual and my skintone was looking more even after using this mask.

I've been having pretty dry skin this winter and was looking for a hydrating mask to use a few times a week for an extra boost of hydration so I wasn't slathering my skin with moisturizer as much. I was a little disappointed that I didn't see more of an improvement in hydration. It did leave my skin feeling smooth and helped minimize pores though.

I bought this because it was recommended for sensitive skin. It burned right away and left my skin feeling tight and irritated. So I returned it. Ulta has a great return policy so I won't hesitate to try another product from there.
