You must SHAKE the pen to get product, but if you shake too hard the liquid comes out of the pen onto the vanity. If you're lucky enough to use the pen, there's only a small amount of color IMO the felt tip, then you must start the shaking again.
Very disappointing - I'll go back to the brow wiz pencil.

I love the application of this brow pen. I also loved how it stays on, until you remove it with cleanser (or soap and water). Unfortunately, I had to return it, since I am a natural redhead and the color designed for all light shades, was still too ash tone. I am hoping Anastasia comes out with an Auburn (Dark and Light) choice :-)

Anastasia products are excellent. This product applies easily and I blend it just lightly with a soft brow brush. The "Universal Light" is perfect for my fair to medium skin tone. I use this brow pen daily and often receive compliments.
