Product is nice and lightweight and gets the job done but takes longer than my old blow dryer which was much cheaper.
There isn't enough blow on output.
The control buttons are on handle and they accidently get changed because the buttons are not flat.
Final words..it looks nice and stylist and is expensive compaired to other brands. Expensive doesn't mean better product.

Dries hair quickly leaving it smooth. Would have given it 5 stars based on performance if only it had lasted longer. Considering I am the only one using it at home, I would have expected it to have lasted longer than just over one year.

I found this hair dryer to work decently, but not good enough, since I couldn't handle it without hitting the switches. I would have to hold the dryer too low which would be uncomfortable drying my thick, course hair. I found it was too much trouble and returned for a different hair dryer.

i asked one of the beauty consultants that work at Ulta for their opinion on which blow dryer was the best for the money. She visited with me explaining a few things about general things to look for in a blow dryer. I followed her advice and am very happy I did. compare dto the old one i had this is the best hair dryer it takes me only max 10 min to dry and style my hair with this my old one took me about 25-30 min just to dry then had to style with hot rollers. Not anymore!!!

This gets used daily. I've had the product for almost two months and love it! It is a great value and would recommend it. I have natural curly hair that gets worn both curly and straight. The dryer works great for either style and provides efficient drying time.
