              I'm returning this after just 1 use. I burnt my forehead (haven't done this since I was a teenager...I'm 41 now) and it crimped my hair as the barrel is so tight. It pulls your hair and drags causing hot spots on your hair. UGLY, damaging and painful. Goodbye.

                          We list the temperature to use on fragile hair to be 280 degrees and normal hair 330 degrees. So in your case, it would be anywhere between 280 to 300. Try the lowest temperature first and raise as needed.
