Comments about Japonesque Color Liquid Light:

I was hesitant on this due to the price, but I'm glad I got it. I bought shade #1 and it's beautiful. I use it along with blush, some days a lone, and sometimes even as an eyeshadow. I really wish the pump gave you a smaller portion, but otherwise it's fantastic.

Is this product for African American skin? If so, will it made the skin look oily?

          A:

Yes, all shades of Japonesque Color Liquid Light can absolutely be used on African American skin! It provides a soft glow effect rather than an oily look. You can use it as a highlighter on the bridge of your nose, the tops of your cheek bones, your brow bones, etc., or you can apply it all over the face for an all-over glow. Many mix it in with their moisturizer or foundation!

Liquid Lights are made in Italy: the component (handmade Italian glass bottle) and product formulation.

      • Q:

It looks as if this ( #1 + #2) can be mixed with tinted moisturizer, the way I use benefit That Gal.
#3 could mix-in as a light bronzer...just kind of a brightening wash of color. Am I right?

          A:

You are absolutely right! This product works wonderfully when "cocktailed" with your tinted moisturizer or foundation to provide a healthy, radiant glow. It can also be used alone, if desired. Shade 03 is great to use during the summer if you get a bit of sun on your face - just mix into your tinted moisturizer to deepen its shade to better match your skin tone.

        Hello,

I have fair - medium tan skin with a slight olive base. I'm wondering which color would suit me best in this particular product. Thank you for your help.

          A:

We suggest Shade 02 for the apples of your cheeks and a highlight while pairing with Shade 03 to contour, mix into the foundation or apply to body to achieve a sun kissed look.

Shade 01: Pink base with light reflective gold properties, great for all skin types.
Shade 02: Peach base with light reflective gold properties, great for all skin types.
Shade 03: Bronze base, great for all skin types and perfect to wear on body for sun kissed look.
