Comments about Sweetease Bikini Waxing Kit 16ct:

First of all, follow the directions for the product! Read the instruction card, and make sure your hair is long enough! Tips: warm the strip by vigorously rubbing it between your hands and/or putting it between your legs and squeezing for about a minute to really heat up the wax. When pulling the strip apart, pull SLOWLY so you don't break the strip. Apply the strip firmly (must be pushed totally onto skin) to the area, pull your skin tight, and quickly tear the strip opposite the direction of your hair growth. Pull it as parallel to the skin as possible or you'll irritate your skin.

Pros: It does work. It's very cheap and removed 85% of my hair on the first strip - I have very coarse hair. I didn't go over the area more than once because it was my first time using, but after about 30 minutes, the redness was gone and my skin hasn't been irritated at all and it's usually moderately sensitive. When I use it again, I'm confident that I'll be able to get all of the hair. The product smells good, and is very user friendly and not super painful. Overall, definitely recommend.

Cons: The strips are somewhat difficult to pull apart without the wax just sticking to one side of the strip. It also didn't remove all of the hair on the first rip, but it got the majority.

Comments about Sweetease Bikini Waxing Kit 16ct:

I've used many wax strips in the past and continue to try them thinking I will find one that works. This isn't it.

First of all the wax is next to impossible to melt. I rubbed it between my hands, used a hair dryer, and microwaved the strips but the wax in the middle of the strips just won't melt!

Second, when they're supposed to be double sided strips but since you can't get the wax to melt the wax sticks to one side of the strip. Doesn't matter how slow or quickly you try to separate them.

Third, the strip only gets rid of 60% of hair per section applied. It doesn't stick to the hair but instead just to your skin. So I got a very odd exfoliation treatment using these.

Fortunately, the wax is easy to remove and the price is nice but that's it. I couldn't recommend this to anyone.

I've used several waxing products before and when I opened this open it seemed promising, until I tried getting the wax to melt. I used this product just like the instructions said and the wax just stuck to the strips and didn't even melt. I threw all of it away and I will find another waxing product.

I have tried several at home waxing kits, and was lucky to see a few hairs at best. I've given up for a few years. I saw the bikini wax strips while in line at ulta and figured what the heck. I used it that night at a hotel as I was flying out of the country the next day. This was the easiest wax attempt I've ever made.....and guess what? There was actually hair on the strip when I removed it! It did not remove them all, maybe half of the section or less. However, with my past experiences this is awesome. I'm pleased, and the price is too good to not try. I'm purchasing plenty more because this is amazingly quick and simple, the pain is considerably less than any other wax I've tried, and the redness couldn't have lasted longer than 20 minutes.

So this was my first time waxing my underarms and I really liked this kit! The only problem that I ran into was that it didn't get all the hairs - maybe I wasn't able to pull the skin tight enough but I had to do A LOT of plucking afterward to get a smooth mostly hairless look. Will try again and maybe have hubby help to pull the skin tighter to get more hairs. All in all though it was a decent first try!!

Comments about Sweetease Bikini Waxing Kit 16ct:

I just tried these out for the first time. I was tired of the hassle and irritation that comes with shaving but didn't want to go to a salon for a bikini wax. I was very skeptical upon using these because not many people have success when using wax strips. However I was at my wits end and decided to just go for it, 5 minutes later and I lived to tell the tale.

The package says not to use the strips on freshly cleaned skin, so I didn't have to do any prep work. I waited about 2 weeks after shaving to get the desired 1/4 inch of hair growth and had been exfoliating in between to get rid of my ingrown hairs.

So there I was, sitting in my bathroom, terrified. The first step was to warm the strips, I first warmed them in my hand and then used my blow dryer to get them nice and toasty. I split the strip in two and placed it ever so carefully (in the direction of hair growth!) on my skin. I next pulled my skin as tight as I could, torn it off and I repeated the process on the other side.

Pain wise, I felt hardly anything (i've been waxing my eyebrows for years so I guess I'm used to the sensation). As far as how much hair was taken out, I would say it pulled out mostly everything, with the exception of two small hairs that I can use a tweezer for. Irritation wise, my skin was left red and I had a good sprinkling of small bumps. This worried me, because the ingrown hair/irritation situation is why I didn't want to shave anymore. However, after a few minutes and use of the after wax wipe, it has gone down significantly.

Now, I am typing this review and praying that I don't wake up tomorrow morning with any ingrowns, but only time will tell. If my skin isn't irritated tomorrow, I will go back and cut them into small pieces and wax some of the harder to get areas, but I don't want to irritate my skin anymore. I will report back in the next few days with how my skin is doing!

Sorry for such a long review, but I hopes this helps and happy waxing!
