Comments about Hana K. Hair Brush:
If the bristles were stronger and longer, it would be better on my hair, which is curly and thick. I wanted it for straightening while blowdrying. Plastic or wire bristles usually bend too easily with a hot blow dryer. It is a nice product, just not for my hair currently.

Comments about Hana K. Hair Brush:
I've got tailbone-length hair that's as thick when bunched up as a D-cell battery. I'm currently using a water-only (no shampoo) treatment regimen, and the brush is very helpful for keeping my hair clean and fluffy. It's a lot easier to clean than my old wood-handled boar bristle brush, and since the bristle bunches are farther apart it gets through my hair better.

Comments about Hana K. Hair Brush:
I can't find my Mason Pearson and this brush is a totally acceptable substitute. Slides right through my wavy, long hair when I want to wear it straight & smooths it out. I wouldn't touch curly hair with it. Always sold out in the stores, I'm really glad I finally ordered it online.

Comments about Hana K. Hair Brush:
Some brushes are tooooo soft, and some brushes are tooooooo hard. This one is just right. I have long and fine but very thick hair that tangles and frizzes easily. This brush get the tangles out and smooths without leaving static. I only wish it were paddle shaped.
