I apply Nail Tek daily and remove once a week and reapply. Sometimes I put a single coat of a light nail polish under it. Nail Tek helps the nail polish stay on. But I like wearing it like a clear polish. I had nails that looked like I bit my nails. Now I have beautiful long nails. I have to keep them filed to keep them from getting too long. I've been using Nail Tek for years and don't plan to ever stop.

My nails are so brittle/soft and peeling from gel manicures and over buffing. I was using Sally Hensen miracle growth. My nails are growing a bit but remains fragile.
