I'm a fan of most the John Frieda conditioners. Like the Red version of this, I'm not convinced it does much for your color or your highlights (I have dyed auburn hair with natural blonde highlights). However, it's a good conditioner that's never left my hair greasy (and it's easy to weigh my hair down with even a little product), and it's always soft and silky afterwards.
