Description
This is moisture. Neutrogena's moisturizing conditioner saturates your thirsty hair in penetrating moisturizers and Pro-Vitamin B5 to smooth and soften the hair cuticle giving hair a silky texture and appearance. Rinses out completely and will not weigh hair down.

Directions
Apply Neutrogena Clean Conditioner to just washed, wet hair. Leave on as desired and rinse thoroughly. Use with Neutrogena Clean Shampoo.
