I have curly (but not "very curly"), colored hair that tends to be dry. I shampoo every other day. I like this shampoo because it thoroughly cleans without leaving a buildup and is still gentle. I don't buy the "moisturizing" claim but I don't want that in a shampoo anyway. That is what conditioner is for!

Most hair products have too much scent to them. Brings on headache. Also, does not cause itching like most products do. Have been using for about 10 years. My hair stylist says my hair is very healthy.

This is one of my favorite shampoos I rotate it with Tresemme and Aveda, almost all shampoos leave my hair looking like I haven't showered in a week. This one is perfect for fine and oily hair. It smells really nice and cleans really well.

Neutrogena also has a removal shampoo I like. Of course use it only once a month. My hair tends to dry & damage due to age, wash every other day, blow dry and a small amount of hot iron to manage waving. My type of hair likes this product.
