TSal help decrease itching and irrittion from psoriasis and eczema. My daughter uses it daily and notices a huge difference in the condition of her scalp when she runs out.

I was very surprised to find that this shampoo not only got rid of my flakes and dry scalp but also left my hair so soft and clean. I don't even have to use conditioner when I use this product. I use this 2-3 times a week and my hair is so much healthier.

I have Eczema and this shampoo is a necessity for my scalp. When irrition occurs I use the shampoo daily then switch to once a week as the condition of my scalp improves. I color my hair and have found that this shampoo shortens the amount of time betweens coloring.

This is the only shampoo I can use to treat my seborrheic dermatitis, so it's a God-send for me. It really soothes the scalp, treats the itch, and eliminates any flakes that come with it, but it won't dry out your hair.

I purchased this product after reading the customer reviews on ulta.com. I have dry skin, especially during the winter months and I struggle with dry scalp each year during this time. The reviews for this product were great, and since I have such minor dryness, I thought I would see results immediately, no problem. Not the case unfortunately. I've used the shampoo three times in the last week and cannot see much of a difference in the dryness of my scalp. I have noticed that my hair feels healthier, however, much more silky and smooth and doesn't frizz very much at all. I would recommend this product for someone looking to improve the overall health of their hair (used once or twice a week), but if you're looking for something to get rid of dryness on the scalp, look elsewhere.

I've developed some sort of scalp allergy in the last year and nothing has seemed to help for long. The day after I used this shampoo for the first time I had an unbelievable amount of dandruff- but that's a good thing. It seems like it finally cleared the flaky skin off and my scalp seems healthier already.

My daughter has oily hair, and a scaly scalp. We've tried lots of stuff to no avail. This product really works. The only draw back is it doesn't lather up as well other products and sometimes I do have to use more. But it does get rid of the dandruff and scaliness.
