No odor, no color. Cleared up chapped lips after first use (and my lips were dry and flaky). Have not used on eye area.

I will not buy this product again. It broke the third time I used it and I didn't feel like it was doing anything for my lips. I did try it under my eyes and it was much too oily.

I have not used this product on my eyes but it is awesome for our Minnesota winters. Even better than vitamin e capsules. More convenient and very effective. Can't be without it! I hope the stores will keep this in stock year round!!!
