I love this stuff, it literally eliminates problem acne overnight. However, some pimple won't completely go away, but they are greatly minimized to almost nothing. This stuff does also turn silver jewelry a charcoal color so I recommend taking necklaces and earrings off if you don't want to clean them. It does not ruin them though.

The product is a little runny but it can be dabbed off back into the bottle. It dries pretty fast and stayed on all night. I would only apply this at night, as directed as it dries a pink color. Really happy with it especially for the price! I used it twice and my blemish on my chin (the deep kind that do not really get a head on them unless you squeeze and squeeze) disappeared!

I suffer from cystic adult acne. I have tried many products, but no more. This is a great product. Reduced the inflamation in a few days compared to weeks of using other medication.

The product is great, but must be used at night. I have inflammatory acne and this product dries the blemish out within two applications. Works well with Philosophy and Murad acne systems, and better than the expensive drying lotion.

For some reason this gave me a hard time the first day or two - I had painful pimples which seemed to worsen (?)... I got these (ingrowns) after tweezing some hairs on my face. And I normally never have anything like that on my physie - one or two once or twice a month. Anyway, it all cleared out in a day. On occasions, I used it again and each time it cleared everything within one day. I really like the pink tint it deposits on the pimples - looks kinda pretty :-)

I wash my face before use. I spot treat the area. The product dries up and by the morning no more pimple. The only bad thing about it is the smell it is super harsh it smells like a cleaning product.

I tried this on a desperate whim a year ago, and this stuff is amazing! You put it on a severe acne SPOT overnight, and it dries it out to a minimal NOTHING and makes it practically invisible. It reduces redness, and even with a giant acne zit it literally shrinks it to near nothing. For crazy sizes you may need to apply a few nights in a row, but I have never found anything this effective! This is only for spot treatment though, so do NOT overuse as the point is that it dries it out, so it can really dry out your skin. It's only used overnight for the reason that it applies bright pink product as spots on your face, so it's not very attractive my husband points out.
