I utilize this on facial hair I don't want to remove with dipilatories, such as hair above the eyebrows or on cheeks. My skin is fair, but my hair is dark brown and I don't go in the sun alot. This product lightens hair that is usually unnoticeable and soft, but gets a little dark at times. I have bben using Jolen for so many years, I can't remeber when I didn't use it!

Whats really great about the product is you see instant results after 10 minutes. Whats not so great is that you have to re-use only after one week...

I use this product to lighten a few dark hairs on the edges of my upper lip. It does the trick, and I only have to repeat every 6 weeks or so, The only problem is that you have to leave the product on for about 10 minutes, and during that time, the product dries and the entire clump will fall off, and has to be reapplied.

I like this bleach because it doesn't burn or irritate my skin. It doesn't have an overpowering smell. It's in a small container so if you are traveling it's not bulky. Very nice product.

I have used this product for many years, it took me a few tries to figure out the correct proportion of cream to activator for my skin. But once I was able to figure that part, I haven't looked back. The only bleach I use for my sensitive skin

Easy to use, I didn't experience any irritation. Overall amazing product. I've been insecure about the dark hair on my face but now I won't get nervous when someone gets close to my face. Helps make the hair lighter and smooth.

This product was the first type of dye that I have used. I usually have very sensitive skin, but after trying out a small spot of skin as suggested, I have had no adverse reaction to it.
However, although my skin is very light (ever so slightly tan, but still very light), I noticed that in the spot I tested the dye on my arm, not only is the hair there lighter, but so is my skin!
I only left it on for the ten minutes suggested, and the hair is not as lightened as I would have liked, but I don't dare try it any longer for fear of making my light skin even whiter!
As a second test, I tried leaving it on for slightly less time, and my hair was only a few shades lighter after about 5 minutes, but my skin color was unchanged, so I guess I will have to go with only slightly lighter hair, rather than the unnoticeable blonde I was hoping for.

I have very dark coarse hair so I was very surprised when this product fully bleached my hair and left it softer/smoother. Since I ordered this product online I didn't know how small it would actually be. It was very difficult to mix the bleach on the plastic sheet they reccomended to use. I actually made quite a mess using that so I mixed it in a bowl. The directions aren't very clear (in terms of measuring). Overall the product got the job done, but next time I'll probably try something else.
