Comments about Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash:
I bought this face wash due to the high reviews and was so excited to use it. After the first use my skin felt amazing but the next morning my mouth area and neck was really dry and I notice red rashy looking bumps all over. EVEN MY EYES HAD EXTREMELY DRY PATCHES. I never ever had this kind of problem with any other face wash. I was so devastated that it didn't work to well on me ;(

Comments about Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash:
After having read so many great reviews about this product, I decided to try it to clear up my acne. It's easy to apply and doesn't burn or itch on contact, but it was way, way too harsh for my skin (which has never been particularly sensitive). I'm pretty sure this is a result of the salicylic acid, so if your skin doesn't react poorly to that, I think this would be a good product for you--conversely, if you're on the sensitive side, it's a disaster. This caused my skin to be incredibly irritated and painful for several days after first using it, so it's definitely not something I plan to keep around.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash:
I used this product in middle school and some of high school. Well, it has been almost a decade of thinking I needed to 'grow up' into a more sophisticated cleanser. Boy howdy, was I wrong! I've tried everything from fancy cream-to-oil cleansers, tissue-off cleansers, frou frou mousse foaming cleansers, you name it, and I've probably tried it. Nothing wrong with that, except I was burning a hole in my pocket and not seeing any improvement. Heck, some even made my skin worst. Desperate, I went back to what I knew worked in the past. I have your typical combination non-behaving skin. Oily T-zone, dry everywhere else, and prone to the occasional breakout especially when stressed. This cleanser leaves your face clean feeling, but not tight. A comfortable clean. It removes all oil, dirt, grime, and any worries that might of accompanied you during the day! It does dry your face out (the salicylic acid), so you need to moisturize afterwards! I find that most people who complain about this product do not moisturize after. It has cleared up my face, balanced it, and it has never looked better. Highly recommended for those who are prone to breakouts or have oily/combo skin. Stay away if you're dry. You're just asking for trouble.

Comments about Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash:
Neutrogena is such a quality brand. I never have any problems with their products. This is my go to face soap. Sometimes, I'll branch out and use other face soaps, but I know I can always rely on this one.
This soap is no fuss and no nonsense. It'll de-grease your face and make your face feel clean. Even my boyfriend loves this soap.
The only drawback is that this is unscented. I like products that smell nice and feel a bit odd using an unscented product.
When I break out on my back, I use this product as well. Works like a charm.
