I just bought it and tried it on my skin. It cools my skin and does moisturize my face. However, I might have to appy it more than other moisturizers. Feels like just "Water".. but so far so good.

I have very dry skin and find myself looking "flaky" at times. I spray on the Evian to set me makeup in the morning and then again throughout the day as a "touch up." I've been using this product since the early '80's and have very good skin for my age. Hydration is the key!!

Interesting because the bottle says it is a "setter" as well, but it doesn't work well in that aspect. But when it is 98 + degrees outside it is great for keeping you feeling fresh, but if you put on too much it will make your make up run! Best on the days you don't wear much make up at all.

I always carry at lease 1 travel size with me when Travel. The air is so dry in the flight and I use it to refresh my skin.
