The tools weren't that easy to use. The application is just a little spatula which isn't great for mixing, but I made do. The bleach itself is creamy. It doesn't drip, which was really important because I was bleaching my eyebrows (they say not to, but if you're careful you're not going to blind yourself). I did however, leave it on for a little too long for my brows. I would recommend 5 minutes; I did 7 and they were a little reddish; nothing a little brow pencil can't fix ;) overall, good product! I still have a TON left over. Great value :)

Good product, for those of us who don't want to wax or twice the upper lip.

I never used this on my face. I performed the patch test on the inside of my elbow as the directions stated. It bleached my skin noticeably white and I already have "ivory" skin. I called the company and they said not to use it on my face as it most likely would bleach my facial skin as well.

Sally Hansen facial bleach cream is great at what it does! I have a tan skin tone and black hair and this cream does a good job at bleaching the hair to blend it with the skin tone. I also have a sensitive skin so what I do is that I use very small amount of powder ( a pinch) instead of a larger amount that is recommended and it does its job without irritating the skin. If i use the recommended amount of developing powder it leaves my skin pink, irritated, itchy and bumpy. May be it would be better if it comes in a "sensitive" formula; however, just using less powder is working for me so far so I am happy - just as a comparison, I have tried using sensitive formula of "Jolen" and it wasn't any better.

I was looking for another product when I came upon Sally Hansen-Creme hair bleach for face. The smell is not as strong as the other products that I have bought in the past. Also, this product is easier to mix and to apply.

It kinda works, but the results don't last that long. Save your money, or just wax.

I was a little skeptical, but this really did make the hair above my lip disappear! Mixing it was a little complicated, the activator is a powder, and they want you to mix it on a flat tray. I would recommend using an empty plastic bottle cap or something you have laying around.

It did burn a little, but there was minimal redness when I removed the bleach. I'm really happy with the results!!

I used to shave my upper lip until I was told that that was the worst possible thing to do. I tried waxing and that was just too much of a hassle. I used this once and instantly felt better about the look of my face. I haven't had it long enough to see how long the results last but I'm very happy so far!
