I have Rosacea and have to be careful about cleansers being too strong. However, I have used this cleanser for many years and find it has helped my skin stay smooth and moist. If I have used heavy concealer during the day, sometimes I will have to use a second coat of cleanser on the stubborn areas (in order to fully remove all makeup). But I just use a little more and then it is fine.
