I bought this product to try to reduce my oilyness throughout the day. I was using the Bare Minerals cleansing line and loved it, but I was still shiny half way through the day. I started using this a week ago, and noticed immediately that my face isn't getting as oily. My pores also look cleaner and smaller. I use this with my Clarisonic Mia.

This salicylic wash is like any other I have tried or used in the past! I use it once daily and I have seen a drastic improvment in my skin. Having sensitive skin that tends to break out more due to stress or during the steamy summer weather, my skin has been consistently clear. Also helps to manage any breakout that does arise before it gets any worse!

I recently started using DDF products. I have been using this face wash for one month and have been very pleased with it. I use it morning and at night.

It is the best cleanser I have used and I have tried it all. It really cleans your skin. I used to use a salicylic toner after I washed my face. I would always have some dirt on the cotton balls. After washing with this, I didn't have anything on the cotton ball using the same toner (not DDF). I have stopped using the toner. I use this along with the DDF Benzoyl Peroxide Gel 5% with Tea Tree Oil and it has kept my skin clear. I also immediately noticed that my skin is less oily throughout the day. By noon my skin was shiny with oil, especially on my forehead. That is gone now. These can dry out my skin. Now I use a light moisturizer to keep my skin hydrated.

I didn't rate this at 5 only because I have not been using it a long time.

I've used many face washes and I found a good one with DDF. I think it cleans your face without being too harsh. I like how it does not leave your face greasy. I have only used this DDF product but I plan to buy others.

I've been using this cleanser for nearly 4 years now, and it fits really well with my skincare regime. I'm not sure how well this would work if it were the only product you were using to control acne, because I do use it in combination with several other products and find it's an essential component.

I have sensitive, combination/dry skin that clogs easily and gets oily when I don't moisturize regularly. I had pretty severe adult acne for several years until I finally got professional advice. Along with Tazorac this is one of the products I was recommended. I don't use Tazorac anymore, because I find that this along with the rest of my regime is enough.

In my case the key for clear skin is regular, gentle exfoliation. This is the only cleanser that exfoliates and is still relatively gentle on my skin. I still get a little tightness after using this, but my moisturizing toner and regular moisturizer counter that slight dryness. I tried switching to cleansers without salicylic acid, but they don't exfoliate enough, and other salicylic cleansers are too harsh.

I use this twice a day along with toner, moisturizer, sunblock during the day and a night creme in the evening. Along with a chemical peel once or twice a week my skin stays pretty clear.

I used this product for six months, telling myself that I needed to give it sufficient time to work. I was disappointed that all it did was make my combination skin break out all over. I have never had so many blocked pores. I have used other DDF products, and never had such an issue.
