This is my first experience with a toner that is applied by spraying it on. I do not like that aspect of it. The directions say to close your eyes, which I do, but it still ends up making them burn. I have decided to remove the spray tube inside the bottle and use the toner as normal meaning I screw the lid off, moisten my cotton ball and then apply the toner. I no longer have a mess or eye irritation.

I use this toner differently than recommended on the bottle. I spray it onto a round cotton pad and apply it to my face the way one would any other toner. The benefit of this is that this toner ends up lasting longer than others because you aren't pouring it onto a pad. It removes a lot of dirt and makeup that my cleanser doesn't catch, which is saying a lot because I use a Clarisonic with an exfoliating cleanser from Bliss.
