Use it morning and at night after cleansing around the eye area on the face and neck.
Does not work for fine lines and wrinkles around the eye area.
Does brighten the face.

After chemo my skin was a mess. the estcian at Ulta suggested I try it under my eyes. The skin made a dramatic turn around. I tryed a couple cheaper products but came back to it because it was the best.

I use Power Rich in the morning right after cleansing. It only takes a small amount and I tap it lightly all over my face and neck. I also use eye repair cream, but it probably isn't necessary. I follow with tinted moisturizer with sunscreen.

This product should NOT be confused with SUPER Rich Repair, which is a heavy, night-time moisturizer full of oils for extremely dry skin.
POWER Rich is a 3-in-1 product that helps moisturize the skin, increase cell turnover and renewal (equals smoother skin), and regenerates collagen production in the skin.
It is super light and absorbs quickly. I started using it before my wedding to get my skin looking great for the big day, my skin has never looked better. I've continued using it since then. My laugh lines are less noticeable and my skin always looks fresh and hydrated. Never dull.
It is pricey, but you get 5 tubes which lasted me 3 months used sparingly at night. For someone with normal to oily skin it can be used as a moisturizer, for those with dry skin another moisturizer can be placed over it.

I have really acneic and oily skin. I think this product would be great for someone who has extremely dry skin. Being that I am oily, putting this heavy moisturizer on has made me have break-outs and my make-up slides by mid-day. I am really upset that my skincare consultant recommended this for me.I paid almost [$] for a heavy moisturizer on oily skin :-( Not Happy! I would recommend this for a friend with dry skin.

I used to think this was just a moisturizer and I felt like it wasn't moisturizing enough. So I asked an Ulta consultant and she said that it's actually a collagen-building treatment and my regular moisturizer should be applied afterwards. Since then, I cannot go without! So invest in yourself, it is absolutely worth it! :)
