A medicated topical treatment that clears breakouts, reduces congestion and controls shine. Organic Silicones melt gently into skin to help diminish fine lines and smooth skin texture while providing an all-day matte finish. Niacinamide, Zinc Gluconate, Yeast Extract, Caffeine and Biotin purify and inhibit overactive sebaceous activity while Salicylic Acid clears congested follicles to minimize future breakout activity. Cinnamon Bark Extract helps reduce comedones and calming Green Tea and Chamomile soothe inflammation associated with breakouts. Contains no artificial fragrance or color.

- Grape Seed Extract, Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) and Vitamin E condition and provide critical defense against free radical damage.

I had really high hopes for this product after reading the reviews. I'm 35 & have been battling hormonal breakouts the last few years. After reading the reviews about the medi-bac clearing line, I decided to purchase the starter kit bc I love dermalogica. Out of the kit, this product & the concealer are my least fave. After cleansing with my clarisonic, I apply this. Yes it mattifies & has a nice smooth feel, but as I'm spreading the product it beads up. So I have to rub & rub to spread it evenly. It does help with oiliness & controls shine. I probably wouldn't purchase again. I received a sample of DDF wrinkle resist, which feels smooth like this product & battles shine & pores, & no beading up. Better consistency & makeup goes on great after, much better than this mattifier. On the other hand, I do love the overnight clearing gel that came with the kit & will repurchase.

I started using this line about 3 months ago. I was starting to get pretty oily skin and some noticable breakouts (chin area especially). The products are pretty pricey, but my skin has not been this baby soft in forever, took about a week and a half to really notice results, and I love them!

This is a great product! I have extremely oily skin and this product help to keep oil at bay. I still have some oil but less than before. The best benefit is that it keeps pimples away! Since I began using this product, I have had little to no pimples emerge at all and I have oily, acne prone skin.

I was told about this product while searching for a makeup primer and decided to give it a try. Although pricier than most primers, it lasts a lot longer and performs better than anything I've used in the past. It glides on effortlessly, keeps makeup in place, and controls shine all day. Breakouts are rare since using this product and I will continue to purchase it again and again.
