I purchased two $25 gift cards for my daughter for Christmas. Whoever handled this transaction failed to activate the cards. So when my daughter went to use them at the Evansville, IN store the cards would not work. This caused her a great deal of stress since she was counting on those cards for her purchases. The clerk attempted to do all she could but it took over an hour to correct this problem. I felt that this was very poor customer service. Even though the cards were finally able to be used, it was certainly a terrible first time experience I had with your company. Not sure that I will be giving any more of my business to Ulta.

gave it to my wife for christmas gift. went with her to use. there was a balance of $0.00 on the card that i paid $25.00 for. she was told to call customer service the next day (which she has not gottem a round to yet) to fix the problem and that they would refund the money she paid out of pocket and put it on the card when the balance issue was resolved. in other words a pain, especialy when you have 3 young kids. I should have just given her the $25.00

I ordered gift cards for Christmas gifts and they were not activated. My sister, who I gave the cards to, was given a hard time when she went to spend her card because it had nothing on it. She was asked for receipts that she would obviously not have being that she was given these as a gift. I was charged for the cards, they sent them blank and then I had to call to get them activated after my sister attempted to use them.
Not the kind of gift I was hoping to give!
