I use this daily after washing or just rinsing out my hair. My hair is fine, straight and thinning. It's the only product I've ever found (and I've tried at least 6 others) that really makes my hair feel fuller with just a small amount of the cream. One bottle last me at least 6 months. Try it, I'm sure you'll find it helps your fine, thinning hair. It's amazing.
