I was looking for a mousse to give my thin, fine, barely wavy hair some hold. This mousse is lightweight and delivers what I would consider a light hold. It's easy for me to brush through. I use it at my roots and blowdry to create some volume. This works well, for my hair type. It also has a nice fragrance that is not overwhelming. I'm not sure how someone with thicker hair would like it, but if your hair type is like mine, I think you should try it. Great price, too.

I have used this daily for several years. I usually add it as last step to volumize my short, straight hair after I have blow dried it. I apply mostly to the roots for a lift and hold. I consider it an essential. It looks very natural, no one can tell it is there but maintains volume all day, even in humidity. I've used it before blow-drying but find that putting it on dry hair works best for me. I also like that it doesn't have any noticeable smell and the price is great for the quality. It's getting hard to find at chain retail stores so I was glad ULTA carried it.
